Current Openings
Stair Cleaning Operative
Location: Various locations across Edinburgh
Type: Full-time / Part-time positions available
Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Regular cleaning of tenement stairs and communal areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Dusting handrails and removing cobwebs
- Sanitising communal hand contact areas
- Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns
- Building positive relationships with residents
Requirements:
- Good level of physical fitness (lots of stairs!)
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
Team Leader / Supervisor
Location: Edinburgh
Type: Full-time
Experience: Previous cleaning or supervisory experience preferred
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinating cleaning schedules and routes
- Quality control and inspections
- Training new team members
- Customer liaison and problem resolution
- Supporting the management team
